We use a premium non-woven 60GSM material base laminated with an external BOPP film, laminated again inside with a waterproof metallic foil. Not only will foil assist in keeping food hot or cool; these bags are leak proof, and can be easily wiped clean. This guarantees reuse for a nominal upcharge; ideal for grocery, food service, beach bags, golf outings, and lunch bags.

  • Our Foil Lined reusable bags are constructed with a high quality 60GSM Non-Woven base, BOPP film exterior, and metallic foil lining. 140GSM total.

  • To give you the best price, Foil Lined orders must be a minimum of 2,500 bags.

  • Process Printing

    Process printing, also called four-color or CMYK printing, uses Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Key (black) to produce various colors by layering semi-transparent inks. It's popular for detailed, colorful designs.

    Pricing includes up to 4cp printing on all sides of the bag.
